About Janet C. Navarro
Janet C. Navarro, Esq. is a solo practitioner who grew up in Morris County, New Jersey. She primarily handles residential and commercial real estate
transactions for individuals, businesses and estates. Prior to opening her own law practice in 2009, Janet spent over ten years representing individuals, small businesses, Fortune 500 companies and local, city and state governments in real estate transactions and complex civil litigation. She has represented clients in federal and state courts throughout New York and New Jersey and has the experience to acheive successful results for her clients in a timely manner.
Janet rountinely handles short sales, foreclosures and loan modifications on behalf of distressed homeowners and interested buyers, and has developed a reputation as an aggressive negotiator when dealing with lenders and loan servicers. While guiding her clients through some of the most important decisions of their lives, Janet strives to ensure that each transaction proceeds smoothly and quickly. If a dispute does arise, she has the strong academic background and broad legal experience needed to acheive a favorable resolution.
