Selling a house
If you are selling a home, the legal real estate services provided by the Law Office of Janet C. Navarro include:
- Contract negotiation
- Review and finalization of the contract of sale
- Review of the buyers' home inspection report
- Negotiation of repairs, if necessary
- Review of title
- Negotiate the release of any liens or judgments prior to closing
- Preparation of all closing documents including the Deed
- Attendance at the title closing.
